About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)
We're looking for a talented
Performance
Marketing Manager
to drive our growth in Germany. With 2–4 years of experience, you'll bring both creativity and analytical thinking to the table — building high-performing landing pages, crafting user tests, and creating ad copies that capture attention across Meta and Google. If you love experimenting, iterating fast, and turning ideas into measurable results, this role is for you.

As The Performance Marketing Manager, You Will

  • Optimise paid media campaigns for Facebook, Google Search etc. by supporting campaign and Ad setup and monitoring performance
  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior
  • Implement build new landing pages across our funnel from optimised channel pages to in-funnel quizzes
  • Run A/B tests across our funnel to improve conversion rates - from Landing Pages to our Checkout and post-conversion
  • Maintain an efficient testing loop - sharing key insights to develop and find outperforming marketing performance
  • Derive key insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics & Launch Darkly (e.g.)
  • Own and drive CRM for Juniper Germany
  • Stay on top of industry best practice across channel and creative, and promote best-in-class performance marketing methodology within the company
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams on new creative ideas
  • Work with the Head of Growth on supporting the business by preparing presentations, presenting experiment outcomes and supporting on weekly meetings

Essentials
About You (Who We're Looking For)

  • 2-4+ years experience in performance marketing or a customer acquisition role for direct-to-consumer brands, bonus points for healthcare
  • Fluency in German and English — you've got excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex issues in a simple way.
  • Creative and analytical mindset — strong writing skills paired with ease of working with data to guide decision-making
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn — you take ownership and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator — able to work effectively with different teams, and international teams in different time zones
  • Clear communicator of insights and impact — can translate results, findings, and opportunities into actionable next steps, backed by data

About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)
We're on the hunt for someone who's got heart and a passion for putting patients first If you're a bilingual German-English speaker who wants to make a real impact, we'd love for you to join us in delivering an exceptional, personalised healthcare experience for our patients in Germany.

The role has both reactive and proactive elements - you will be triaging and responding to medical enquiries, managing medication side effects, providing reassurance and support and following up with patients on their treatment journey. You'll also be expected to contribute to building systems that get better over time; to buy into our ambition to drive a future for healthcare that is more convenient, personalised and comprehensive.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Triage medical enquiries efficiently to ensure excellent patient safety and care is received
  • Provide outstanding medical advice to Juniper patients (by email and phone)
  • Respond to patients experiencing side effects and/or symptoms related or unrelated to their medication
  • Proactively engaging with patients throughout their treatment journey
  • Create educational content to provide our patients with personalised and consistently high quality standard of care (i.e. clinical instructions, booklets & educational articles)
  • Work closely with a team of clinical and medical support specialists to assist in building processes and systems that get better over time

About You (Skills And Experiences)

  • Qualified health professional - you are a qualified nurse or pharmacist with 4-5+ years experience. Completed professional training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nurse specialist
  • Bi-lingual: Communicate fluently in German and English (bonus - if you're proficient in other European languages)
  • Clear communicator - communicating with patients, health professionals and team members comes naturally to you; you get the message across clear and concise
  • Experienced decision maker - you can make timely and accurate referral decisions based on your clinical expertise; stressful situations don't phase you
  • Cool head - you have experience triaging patients (either in a hospital, clinic or community pharmacy) and always keep a cool head

What You Will Be Doing As a Behavior Therapist

  • $2000 annual bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible Behavior Technicians and RBTs
  • Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential
  • Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
  • Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
  • Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
